LUCROSO GmbH as a company can look back on many years of experience as a service provider for the hotel industry. Founded in 1991, a fundamental realignment took place in 2010 as a consulting company with a focus on HOSPITALITY. At the turn of the year 2011/2012, the expansion to include real estate/real estate took place, which is by no means limited to the “hotel” industry. In 2015, the time had come for another milestone: LUCROSO took over the first hotel operating companies and went from being a service provider to an operator in order to not only develop concepts, but also implement them in practice. This field of activity was expanded again in 2018 with the participation in a management company for an international hotel brand.
For a long time the focus was purely on marketing and, above all, sales support for individual hotels and small hotel groups in the areas of corporate, leisure as well as GDS and online sales.
With the sale of this area, the concentration on the areas of CI/CD, website support and optimization, conception of customer loyalty programs, development and implementation of complaint management systems, project management, sales & Marketing controlling, conception and implementation of assessment centers as well as individual personnel training. Building on this basis, the skills from the past and influenced by new developments on the market, the realignment to LUCROSO Consulting took place in 2010, which serves a large number of customers from the hospitality sector as well as Hotel-related services are still maintained today. LUCROSO's creative spectrum is supplemented and intensified by its own companies and investments in the hotel industry as well as project support in tourism (hotels, serviced apartments, co-working concepts, hostel projects, capsule hotel developments, holiday apartments and holiday homes, etc.). The current consulting focus is on the digitalization and automation of hospitality processes.
